2. Market Volatility & Pricing Disclaimer

By purchasing from Cleveland Cardz, you explicitly acknowledge that the trading card, sports card, and sports memorabilia markets are inherently volatile. Prices fluctuate constantly based on real-world factors, player performance, supply, and demand.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing on any item at any time without prior notice.

  • We do not offer price matching, price protection, or refunds if an item’s market value decreases after your purchase.

  • In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, Cleveland Cardz reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If canceled, a full refund will be issued immediately.

3. Product Representation & Grading Disclaimer

While we strive for maximum accuracy in our descriptions and photography:

  • Raw Cards: Raw (un-graded) cards are sold as-is. We do not guarantee that any raw card will achieve a specific grade from third-party grading services (such as PSA, BGS, or SGC). Standard manufacturer printing variances, including centering issues, minor corner wear, or surface lines straight from the factory pack, are not considered product defects.

  • Sealed Products: Sealed wax boxes, packs, and cases are guaranteed authentic and factory-sealed. We have no control over, nor do we guarantee, the specific contents, card conditions, or "hits" inside sealed manufacturer packaging.

4. Limitation of Liability

Cleveland Cardz provides this site and its contents on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Cleveland Cardz disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
